About Me
Hello, my name is Diana and I am russian speaking personal trainer from Lithuania who is currently based in Aberdeen, Scotland. For me being active is like oxygen, it keeps me alive and is my biggest passion. From the early age I was obsessed with sports. I have almost 20 years of experience in Rhythmic and Aerobic gymnastics (started at the age of 5). These two types of gymnastics made me a real fighter, and helped me build up my discipline, patience, persistence and respect to other competitors.
Sports Achievements
In my years of participating in various gymnastics competitions I have won first places in Lithuania’s Championships and Cups, and was golden and silver finalist of Baltic Countries. I also took part in various worldwide championships (Belarus, France, Hungary, Romania and others).
Higher Education and Qualifications
In pursuit of self-knowledge I decided to make another big step towards my passion. I finished BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science (Teaching and Coaching) course in London in 2016. On top of that, I’ve gotten qualifications as Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I went through various ups and downs, just like everyone else, and these challenges made me who I am today. It's been more than 3 years since I started training people. During these years I have been certified as a Nutritional Advisor, fitness classes specialist in Indoor Cycling and Aquarobics. At the moment I am aiming to become certified in Yoga.
My Mission as a Personal Trainer
I am here to help each of my clients reach his or her Personal Peak in fitness by teaching them how to manage their health properly, with sensible nutrition and fitness instructions uniquely put together to suit each persons individual goals, circumstances and resources. All my training programs implement natural, positive, safe, effective, efficient and enjoyable solutions. My philosophy is rooted in self-love and finding one’s true inner strength.

Personal Training
Personal trainer can help you meet your fitness goals faster, safer and more effectively; will teach you how to gain better results and how to enjoy exercise more than you ever thought was possible. I will keep you accountable and push your workouts to the next level while providing motivation throughout each session.
I offer both 1-2-1 and Group Personal Training. So if you have a friend(s) whose goals match yours, I can make your sessions not just effective, but more fun and motivational too.
Online Training
Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life-changing transformation. It can be utilised by anyone anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability. My Online Personal Training involves much more than just being sent a pre-made program and then left in the dark. It is more of a lifestyle transformation service as we will work on your fitness goals while executing correct exercise technique and building nutrition habits so that you can achieve your goals without starving diets. And you can work with me from anywhere in the world.
